Kirk Pittard, Thad Spalding Repeat as D Magazine ‘Best Lawyers in Dallas’

Durham, Pittard & Spalding is proud to announce that firm partners Kirk Pittard and Thad Spalding have again been selected by their peers for inclusion in the 2026 edition of D Magazine’s “Best Lawyers in Dallas” based on their work in appellate law.

Recognition in “Best Lawyers in Dallas” signifies not only a high level of legal skill, but also strong regard from fellow attorneys. The selection process starts with nominations from lawyers throughout North Texas who are invited to endorse peers whose work they have directly witnessed. After nominations are submitted, a panel of experienced practitioners evaluates the candidates and determines the final honorees.
